These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of ABF LLC in connection with recruiting, consulting, staffing, candidate communication, opportunity discussions, interview coordination, availability checks, and related business communications.

Program Description

ABF LLC may send SMS messages to candidates, consultants, clients, or business contacts regarding specific consulting opportunities, recruiting conversations, availability, interview coordination, submission status, onboarding-related coordination, and related follow-up.

ABF LLC does not use SMS for mass spam campaigns. SMS is used as a companion channel to recruiting, consulting, and business communication.

Consent

By engaging with ABF LLC and agreeing to communicate by SMS, replying to ABF LLC’s SMS messages, or otherwise providing permission to receive text messages from ABF LLC, you consent to receive SMS messages from ABF LLC for the relevant recruiting, consulting, staffing, or business communication purpose.

ABF LLC does not use its website to collect consumer opt-in for this 10DLC SMS campaign.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the opportunity, recruiting conversation, interview process, availability coordination, and related business need.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After you reply STOP, ABF LLC will stop sending SMS messages to that mobile number, except where a final confirmation message or legally permitted communication may apply.
